Great place to work, people are great

None that I can speak of

Steady Daylight hours -Like my co workers- Close to home - some work from home days - Manager that listens! and is willing to stick her neck out for us when we have issues of concern It is realized that the mailing department deals with customers so often that we form bonds with them that show the customers we do care and it is supported by our management team to do so. We know many customers by just their name to know what account to look up - some places do not cultivate personal interaction - ours does. Also we are the first face customers hear - we do not use an automatic system that transfers our customers around - we are real and handle real issues immediately and given leeway to do so as needed.

We have to listen to complaints from customers that are not always kind to us - for issues we did not cause (postal delays etc) - but we are here to make it all right in the end and given some authority to make some concessions on our own.
