Bad Management does lot of cost cutting . To be Honest in the survey taken in organisation it stated that not even single employee is satisfied they just cant show it to managers as even if we show it does not matter they do what they want to do. Project Managers are not supportive scolds in front of everyone poor language use. VPs taking huge salary giving peanuts to software developers They just using developers for making their work done and taking advantage of recession. Leaves are not getting granted also No WFH Very Bad Policies No Work Life Balance CTO is just imposing his rules and rules are not same for all he is doing partiality granted WFH for leads only and he himself also took so many leaves international trips but restrict teams for taking leaves even during Diwali Less Salary Too much workload even also on sunday only interns getting hired. Suggestion: New Joiners kindly stay away from this company if you are software developer/ Tester
