Cons
HR person are worse more than I thought, If a good candidate is selected in Technical round, he may not be selected by HR person. HR person sets his mind that a good Engineer can be hired in lowest possible price. They first said that they can provide me 30000 in gross, and they asked that if I provide them LTA & Medical received copy then they will reconsider my gross... but when I failed to provide the same as my company provides it by cash. So I agreed the previously mentioned salary, they give me a print with 27000 gross, that means only 2000 hike in my current salary, which is around 8%, I was shocked, I asked him, what happened to the 30000 per month? He simply said That's all he can do... Worst HR Person I have ever seen
