Pros

You may occasionally get interesting projects or clients. I would have said learning opportunities but all the experienced people are leaving.

Cons

I won't talk about the layoffs and new management too much as that topic has been beaten to death. A lot of the older consultants think the culture has NOW taken a turn for the worse, but it's been festering for a while. Despite management efforts to promote inclusivity and positive work culture, some people still treat it like an old boys club and drive away people who don't fit into this category. Whether that's due to their own insecurity at being in the same underpaid job for the past 10 years or so, being bored at life, hating their family at home so making life difficult for colleagues, it's hard to tell. Until this changes, particularly until older employees (and I'm not talking about management here) get a grip on their unprofessional behaviour, the culture will remain stale and stagnant and it will be hard to attract and retain talent.
