Very few now. Mainly the remaining consultants looking out for each other
Cons
Biggest con is Mike and the (lack of) leadership team. Lack of respect, lack of direction, lack of care, lack of communication, lack of ownership, extreme cost cuttings, so many fake glassdoor reviews. We have lost too many irreplaceable consultants in specialist areas. Never have I seen such a constant stream of leaver emails in any place I've worked. There is no NCC in the future if Mike and the current leadership team is involved.
