Pros

Culture has been great over the Covid period, plenty of interesting work and clients.

Cons

Management have failed to run the business in past 12 months, too many people have been recruited, often with real lack of challenge of skills and therefore reducing the quality of employees. Redundancies have resulting from poor management decisions and the approach to the redundancies has been awful with senior management accepting their responsibility for the failures but not doing anything about it.
