Pros

Some of the people are really nice and helpful.

Cons

Let me tell you my story and put this into perspective. I was lied about my job role in Escrow to get my skills into the business. When i got there had to source my own leads or ring accounts from 1999. On top of that expected to hit 2 hours talk time per day otherwise management micro manage you to find out what your doing. Basically, sitting on a IVR in a queue is more beneficial than gaining revenue. There is no money to be made unless you have high earning accounts, and those sit with account directors. Even though your name is on an account, it will be taken off you for core sales if there is profit in it. Overall terrible experience and should have read the reviews on here before I joined. And oh, since I started 9 people left before me.
