      Pros

      Nice location if you live in Surrey as you don't have to rush to london by train. There is a large technical team, which means if you are working in technology, you'll be understood. Pays well

      Cons

      Culture needs some change. Leatherhead can be boring. Apart from pay and bonus, there is not much in terms of benefits. You get fruits, tea and coffee but the events are quite poor
