Pros
I find all the fake reviews on here hilarious. If they can only mention a few mouldy pieces of fuit as a company benefit, they know they are in trouble.
Cons
I'm going to try not to nit pick, but suffice to say after working for many organisations, NCC Group has without a doubt, the worst, most toxic company culture I have ever experienced. Staff are told on a daily basis "perception is everything" - let's just explore that statement. So staff members of a PLC are basically told (with pride) that they do not work in a meritocracy, but it is actually about being a yes man and schmoozing the management. Speaking of which, the main problem in the NCC is he middle management, incompetent is an understatement, mostly all off the one's I knew had zero product knowledge and still had the audacity to try to tell the guys on the front line how to do their jobs. All the managers are so scared of the CEO and egomaniac Rob Cotton that they dare not come up with any original thought, tow the company line. If North Korea were a FTSE250 then NCC Group would be it. For sales people, it will take a good while before you earn any commission. That said the coms can be pretty good, just be prepared to have it taken off you at the whim of manager. I knew guys who had thousands taken off them because it was “simple too much”. Of course if you try to argue the case, you will be sacked on the spot. One the many KPI's is the ludicrous talktime. Considering they recruit for "Executive consultative sales people" you are discouraged to work smart. Instead it's all about making 2 hours talk time, 50 dials a day. LinkedIn usage and even emailing new business is frowned upon and you are even reprimanded for using them. Needless to say, the sales floors are like a morgue and staff morale is rock bottom. Avoid.
