Pros
I have worked here for longer than 5 years (1 cube) but less than 10 (2 cubes) and have enjoyed every minute. I have been given the chance to grow within roles and then develop onto different roles within the business, having excelled along the way. When I found myself wanting more I was given the chance to change roles, provide myself a new challenge and continue my career development at the same time. I look forward to further rewarding challenges as my career progress. I always recommend the share save scheme to loyal hard working employees. The success of this this group is driven by the CEO but is lived and breathed by the hard working teams in each pillar/division, and it is this culture which drives the number each year and therefore drives the share price year after year.

Communication sometimes (in the past) unclear, but open door policy with senior management overcomes this Con.
