Pros
Enjoyed helping Veterans with resumes and the job hunt. Also learned alot of assisting veterans in getting their benefits. Acceptable pay, good benefit package, pension plan.
Cons
Leadership - some were good, some not so much. Little room for growth without relocating. Bonuses were usually only given to upper management - I got one bonus in 8 years and had strong performance evaluations throughout.
