Pros
Nothing at all: is a complete scam
Cons
I applied for a job offer I found on Indeed. They were offering a position as a warehouse operative. Upon arrival, we were told it was a training course and that—even if you already had the same certificate from before—you had to take the course to be eligible for the position. The next day, the instructor literally assured us that we didn't need to go through any type of interview because we had a guaranteed position with the company Ineos, and that we would start working on Monday. All week, they told us with certainty that we would start on Monday. They provided us with induction and specific training, including contact details and personnel from Ineos. After successfully passing the required tests, they sent us to take a drug test at Ineos, but when we got there, the female candidates were told that they didn't have enough drug tests available and that we would take them the next day. NCGroup assured us the position, made us sign various authorizations for different training courses, and when it was time to start working, they rejected us. I haven't even received the certificates from the courses. This makes me think, as a personal observation, that this is a center that offers job positions to get people to sign acceptance for the courses they offer in order to obtain government subsidies. Beware of this company.
