Not Bad - Gym Coach, Front Desk NC Fit Employee Review

- Great community (both members and fellow employees) - Free membership to gym - Awesome NCFIT gear (clothes, shoes, etc) - Fun and easy job - Corporate makes all employees feel valued

I honestly have nothing negative to say about the company. The only thing I would change, if I could, would be the hours (early mornings) but I've adjusted to it.

The best reason is meeting the clientele and becoming friends with them.

Management do not know what they are doing and constantly changing things every 2-3 months. There are no consistency, no clear communication and definitely no appreciation for their staff.
