I was ex permanent employee of NBTC , a lot of polities between north Indian and south Indian , if you are North Indian , think twice to join NBTC as a engineer or higher level position . You will not get any respect as Engineer or not get any support from higher management . Language is the main factor for north indian in this company . This is my real experience in NBTC. Still you don't believe , you are opency to check any Ex north Indian Employee there .
