Support staff/Lower tier staff treatment in pay and access for growth needs a lot of work. The pay is very low and the disparity when compared to upper management is shocking to the conscience. Upper management gets all expenses paid and very lucrative waves. Lower staff almost qualifies for public benefits based on how low wages are. Also, GROW your own talent, invest and give them opportunity to expand beyond their role.
