I’ve learned so much working here and everyone is treated with respect they are very flexible and understanding it’s a great work/life balance unfortunately I had to leave because I relocate. This is the place to work and build a career

There’s nothing negative here all positive

Certain people that I worked with were truly great people. It was also my first job out of college, so it was a good START to my career and learn insurance basics.

Overworked, underpaid, undervalued, management does not respect its employees. I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment . I decided to come to Glassdoor to help those who are trying to decided if NBP is a good place to work. It is not, I was there for approx 2 years and treated terribly day in and day out. Management does not listen. They just want you to continue to do more with less. Seriously any place is better than this!!!
