Pros
- Benefits are quite good & advanced. - Despite being a big and forever changing organisation, the individual teams are warm and welcoming. - Lots of opportunities to grow within your own role + within the wider function.
Cons
- the first in best dressed system for desks… the booking system made things more fair. - the business is very top heavy, and has a mixed bag of hands on and hands off managers. The hands on ones can either care a lot about your career, as well as mentor & lead you well or be micromanagers who don’t know anything about their function. The hands off ones are okay, depending on the function. They either trust their team enough or are just there for the sake of it.
