Good people, good culture, and a worthy business to give your efforts to. Salary is good until you reach a certain point, then it will stall unless you are keen to forego your strengths and manage people instead.
Cons
Limited progression within a field of expertise, no training, no bonuses except for non-execs, very little exposure to new skills.
