Awful working environment - Analyst NBK Employee Review

This was the worst workplace culture I have experienced. There was very little sense of community, collaboration, or support, with the overwhelming focus placed on output and performance above all else. The environment felt rigid and overly strict, making it difficult to feel valued as an employee. A negative culture appeared to be deeply embedded within the organisation. It was common to hear management and colleagues speak poorly about others when they were not present, which created an atmosphere of distrust and undermined professional relationships. Rather than encouraging teamwork and mutual respect, negativity and criticism often seemed to be accepted as the norm. There was also a noticeable lack of diversity, which further contributed to the feeling that the workplace was not particularly inclusive. If you are looking for a company with a strong culture, supportive leadership, and a genuine sense of community, this may not be the right environment for you.
