Easy work. Diverse group of employees. Nice coworkers

People get treated unfairly based on relationships with their supervisors/team leaders. Lots of overtime because the floor is utterly disorganized. Supervisors and office workers virtually non existent, do not know what goes on in the floor. Out of touch with the rest of the employees. Too much stress is put on team leaders, which is then directed to their employees. Massive amount of turnover rates. People frequently get replaced. NO TRAINING whatsoever. They don't have a trainer, they just throw a new employee with another that has been there only for a few months. Then team leaders/supervisors get mad when something isn't done correctly when there is NO TRAINING. Overtime is mandatory, you will work 7 or 6 days forever because company is not organized or efficient. Company hires mostly foreigners because they don't know there are better places to work where the company actually gives a crap about it's employees.
