Pros

The environment is generally good, and there are some great people to work with. Lots to learn and being able to build connections with outside vendors and producers has been great.

Cons

a lot of data tracking for everyone, spreading work out to people that should be focusing on their main job. Too much time spent on the organization as a whole, rather than servicing the clientele. The lack of pay is also disturbing for the middle to lower management, along with the worker bees like myself. The upper management is top heavy and there is a disconnect with the employees. The upper management seems to rely too heavily on what is happening on paper, rather than stepping outside of their office and submerging themselves into the business to really understand how the system works. This forms a disconnect with the staff and the process. Many roadblocks are placed by management to make your job more difficult. Not enough upper management owning their mistakes, rather the employees suffer.

Pros

Great perks and benefits! Free theme park tickets, cable, peacock subscription. Good place for interns

Cons

Entry level pay is very poor and not sustainable. Lot of politics when it comes to promotions and it is based more on relationship with management rather than actual performance. Upper management just takes all your work and presents as their own. Fake it till you make is at every level of this organization. Hired people as remote and now is laying everyone off.
