Pros
-Great I.P. -Good pension -Some good perks, flexi time and summer hours (depends on your team and management)
Cons
-Lower end of pay scale -Toxic culture -Nepotism -Hierarchical structure, only seem to ever hire very senior posts, e.g. VP’s and directors (and as above, they are often friends of senior management). No opportunities lower down -No room for growth
