      Great perks (Premiere tickets, great pension plan, etc), cool office, talented and friendly colleagues, opportunity to work on big projects.

      Cons

      Very difficult to get promoted, even more difficult to get a pay rise, antiquated IT systems, few women in high level leadership positions.
