      Good benefits, ok pay, some room for advancement, wonderful people to work with in the trenches.

      Cons

      The company has turned into huge corporate abyss. You are just a number to the company. A cog in the wheel. The heart and soul of the company is gone, anyone who was worth anything has moved on. They do not value experience, knowledge and talent.
