      - some fun employee engagement events - but not much

      Cons

      - performative DEI (as with most corporate companies) - low pay - toxic work environment, HR only there to protect the company and their executives - they promote 'yes' people and people that won't question the system - billion dollar company and they pay coordinators $60k in LA & NYC - terrible about advancement opportunities

      - Return to office mandate caused our team to lose a lot of great people and hasn't quite recovered since - Many, many, re-orgs within the last 3 years
