Cons
- Never pay bills on time. Prepare to have your Water/Gas/Electricity shut off. Frequently. - Poor project management - won't pay for necessary items, causing delays in progress - RVPs, EVPs, and accountants are absolutely incompetent. - "General Managers" are essentially paperwork machines. GM's have zero authority, zero decision-making ability, but somehow own 100% of the accountability for the results. - Support teams have no hotel operating experience, so call daily to ask questions like "What are key-card packets, and how much revenue do they bring us?", or "Why do you have to pay for Carbon Dioxide for your soda machine? Is this a gas you use for cooking?"
