Pros

Free coffee in break room. Nice park across the street. Free parking in lot.

Cons

Working in the contact center felt very much like sitting at the kid's table at a family reunion. There are great perks and meetings and events that everyone is invited to, but in reality those who work in the contact center cannot actually attend. This creates a feeling of being left out and feeling like a second-class citizen. The company also hosts these ridiculous "competitions" where you can win a spaghetti kit (such as a colander, spatula, package of spaghetti noodles and a jar of sauce from Dollar General) if you have the best attendance record or highest call volume for a set period. The best gift was an air fryer, but again, if I want one I will pay more and buy a quality item myself. It was insulting and demeaning. At least offer a gift card for Walmart if you're going to do that sort of thing, or better yet, offer actual financial performance and merit bonuses that are worth something. Maybe then employees wouldn't run screaming for the door. A lot of times it feels like Romper Room with management walking around handing out a small bag of candy for "morale" or being allowed to decorate for Halloween and Christmas.

Pros

Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better. Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible. Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.

Cons

Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold. The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.
