Everything has to be signed off by senior management which creates a massive bottleneck and also demotivates staff as they feel totally untrusted to do work. Unfair pay structure with rare progression from admin to senior scales. Working culture ironically reflects a poorly run school where headteacher oppresses/bullies staff. No training and development for staff. You are here for either 3 months or 33 years forced to accept a lack of job satisfaction and career development for a steady pay cheque if you do stay.
