      -Good benefits -Decent pay & work / life balance, at least as a new employee

      Cons

      -Most design work has been relegated to contractor partners -Agency priorities have shifted away from science & exploration at the forefront. Building the space economy (funneling money to aerospace contractors) is now the focus.
