Good pay. Good people. Good safety. Engineers are knowledgeable as well as managers. Techs are experienced and willing to help new hires learn the ropes. Steady job.

Due to big layoffs, Operations are lacking personal and it takes a while to get permits and permission into the process area. Some of the places in offsites could be a big cleaner but overall it's not bad compared to the other sites I've seen.
