Pros

Casual wear Most coworkers are fun to work with OS&D (free candy a few times a month) Occasional food trucks Can work from home 12 days a year

Cons

Unorganized Communication is lacking Things are constantly changing Not driver focused Some drivers/employees can be a bit lazy which will make your job harder Certain employees are quite obviously favored above others 3% annual raises with much more work added Used to be able to work from home multiple days a week but was taken away for no clear reason (aka a certain someone said we should all come back into the office all the time because he didn’t like people working from home)
