      Pros

      Nobody really cares if you reach monthly goals in term of sales so it’s very relaxed in that way There are days with barely any customers so definitely not stressful

      Cons

      - Basically it’s minimum wage with no room for commission, bonuses or raises regardless of the amount of time you spend in the company and the amount of sales you make - very poor communication across stores and from the head office - there isn’t a system and/or directives and stores are on their own - just really no cafe for employees overall - the company doesn’t support the LGBTQ+ community

      Pros

      Medical and Dental insurance are offered. Location is in Mid-Long Island area.

      Cons

      The company's management are extremely discriminatory in regards to race, age, gender, and religion and are clueless on how to retain good employees. Turnover is non-stop and the President does not have any people skills. Bonuses are actually a part of the overall compensation package when comparing to other employers. Salaried staff are taken advantage of by being forced to work extra hours without compensation. The work environment is very toxic and "team work" is non-existent.
