      Pros

      Its a good company if one is starting his/her career in UAE, there is a better growth opportunity with NAFFCO label later on, outside the company in case he/she is shifting jobs.

      Cons

      The management is racist, they divide salaries by nationality, a philipino/pakistani/indian engineer makes half of what an arab (non emirati) coordinator makes. Do not by any chance opt for company accommodation, ask allowance. Finish one contract and leave, no salary increment / career growth. And dont worry they will force you to leave by the end of your 1st contract

      You do have help and there are a few people willing to show you how to make it better but this is a fast paced environment, if your the new guy you will work extremely hard to get your money

      Cons

      After 8hr your body will be completely exhausted, your clothes will reap of fish although they give you gloves and rain covers it a wet slippery cold slimy environment, i couldn’t work more than two days before I had to go home and get my life together, it’s a lot of Mexicans and Africans working there ( people who will take 16-17$ to be worked as slaves .. it’s no breaks really one 30 min break after 5 hrs .. I only recommend this job if you need to pay for cancer treatments to keep your kid alive !!
