      Pros

      Currently work at Naeco, I enjoy working here. There is variety in my workload, I get to enjoy other areas of the business, and the Founder is very supportive.

      Cons

      It can be quite fast paced so at times have to keep up, but this has improved my organisational skills and I enjoy the challenges.
