      able to work from home, fulfilling work, amazing supervisors and staff, lots of emotional support, incentives and rewards, able to complete needed internship hours

      low pay, not may opportunities to move up or get a raise, high case loads, no autonomy over cases even if they are rude or inappropriate to you, constant changing

      Pros

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      During the pandemic was difficult to meet with clients.

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Cons

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
