Excellent work environment - had own office in a convenient location to get work done quietly and efficiently. Teamwork - small staff and team members were supportive and friendly. Appropriate resources - management provided additional staff, office supplies and money when needed to be successful in the position. Salary - proper with other benefits and annual cost of living increases. Members - working with alcohol beverage industry leaders was rewarding and enjoyable. Growth - was able to grow professionally and learned about ANSI ASC X12 standards development. I left the organization because I received an exciting offer from a member company.
