      Pros

      The workers are dedicated and thorough in their assigned duties and are experts in aircraft fuel tank repair and airport line services.

      Cons

      Not enough capital is put back into the company for assets upkeep. Management makes last minute decisions to enter markets which places the company well behind its competitors. Company does not expand its services to meet market demand and (again) loses out to its competitors.
