When I first decided to quit N4 Solutions, I decided I would not leave a review of the company. I chalked up my time with the organization as a bad dream, and I moved forward and found a better job. The only reason I find myself here today is because it was brought to my attention that there are reviews that do not speak favorably of me in my previous position as the Senior TA Specialist. I’ll keep this short. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS ORGANIZATION. The “CEO”, Frank, is a rude and disrespectful micromanager who will talk down on his staff to make himself seem more intelligent than he is. If you are of a certain demographic, you’ll likely have a good experience at N4; if you aren’t, you’ll understand your place in the organization immediately, especially if you’re young and of a certain demographic. If I cared enough to give a detailed recount of all the negativity I faced from day one by both leadership and low-level, incompetent, nepotism hire contractors, I’d be writing all night. Be wary of all positive reviews, N4 Solutions has a company-wide incentive for positive reviews posted to Glassdoor to counteract the actual reviews. They're giving away gift cards for reviews. Please also note the passive-aggressive tone in the responses to the negative reviews, that is the exact energy you can expect from N4; you tell them exactly what they need to hear, and they'll (Frank) try to find a way to flip it back on you. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
