A number of employees were pleasant but the good ones either quit or were laid off

Leadership has no vision for the future
Product hasnt had innovation in 7 years
Company is not competitive with market needs
Highly toxic environment, stemming from top & middle management
Top management just wants to sell company, doesnt care about real success
