Pros
Freedom to choose bookings. Interesting and fun opportunities. Variety, well paid and bonuses for achievements. Nice time who have your back and want to ensure you are supported. Good pay. As long as you know your stuff and are where you're meant to be it's a solid way to earn money that fits with other commitments.
Cons
Sometimes hard work, can be tough going into a store who doesn't expect you and doesn't know where to find the promo kit. Sometimes if the store is quiet it can be really boring and people are sometimes rude.
