Not what it used to be - Director N2O Employee Review

The attitude and behaviours of the Senior Management team leave a lot to be desired. A handful of lovely Senior team members but the rest need to be removed. One particular head of department caused a divide between those working throughout covid and those on furlough. The same person still continues to cause drama and stir up dislike between team members by being unprofessional. It then feeds down to the next level and causes a lack of respect and appreciation which has lead to some key players leaving in past few months.
