Pros
-All tech and engineering department is just great, most of the colleagues are welcoming and charming. - Even being a bank the technology is cutting edge, from k8s to hashicorp's stack going through AWS and microservices. - Perks and benefits for being EU are really good (even there's room for improvement), salaries are medium-high, private insurance, company benefits, among others.
Cons
- Sometimes management does not seem to be up to the challenges - Even if a neobank, bureaucracy is on top of the order and I am not talking about BaFin, here you will find bureaucracy on top of bureaucracy so make up your mind some changes (even though they are simple) or making an impact might take some wee while. - Personally I do not see it as a company for aiming to work on the long run (>3 years) - Product vision is almost null, it is a real struggle to see there is no real
