To address your concerns around decision making, our executive leadership team has taken this feedback on-board and is working to create more autonomy and decentralize decision making, while bringing more clarity and data into the process.
Employee participation and open feedback has always been welcomed and encouraged at N26. Not only do we respect different views and approaches, we believe it is essential to who we are. We’re working to create a model of employee representation which is modern, digital, and inclusive to all employees. At the same time, we are supporting the formation of a traditional works council in Germany, and are currently working together with the electoral board to set up an elections event that will ensure compliance with all safety laws, so that all employees are well protected and can participate.
As a growing company, we respect and celebrate all tenures at N26. We love the fresh perspective and ideas that new joiners contribute, and we are equally grateful for the wealth of knowledge that seasoned N26ers bring to the business each and every day. We have a fantastic Organizational Development team who work directly with N26’s people managers and leadership to support continuous learning, and to develop, improve and reinforce the business strategies, structures and processes.
