Like every company, there is always a level of attrition that sees people move on to other opportunities. We look to counteract this with new programs and initiatives to support our employees as we grow, as well as closely monitoring and taking action on your feedback from our engagement survey, as well as here on Glassdoor. We will also introduce a formal succession planning process, to ensure smooth senior leadership transitions, should they occur. This will enable leaders to focus on developing employees to fill the responsibilities of these key roles.
