With regards to the feedback you have raised around needing to better understand our mid- to long-term strategy, and how we approach decision making in the company, this is something our executive leadership team (ELT) has taken onboard and is in the process of addressing.
Our ELT has established a forum with our 50 most senior leaders in the organization, with the intention of receiving more input and feedback from a larger group of leaders. This is so that we can provide more transparency and context for important decisions, and work together on the strategic direction of the company. These leaders will also have the responsibility to channel your input and feedback into these conversations. Within this forum, we hope to foster a strong dialogue on our strategic direction.
As we’ve navigated through a period of very fast growth in recent years, followed by the challenges brought on this year by the pandemic, we know it has been a difficult time for many. Throughout all of this, N26ers have continued to drive the business forward, and we couldn’t be more proud of the teamwork, sense of ownership, and all the great achievements we’ve seen. We’re grateful to have you on this journey with us, and appreciate you speaking up to share your feedback.
