Compensation and total reward packages at N26 are reviewed for every role, and our approach to compensation and benefits is driven to provide fair and competitive reward across the organization. We work closely with a number of salary experts, and with the local markets we operate in, to ensure we are fully competitive in how we pay our staff.
Our Recruitment team follows a structured selection process for all of our candidates across all functions of the business, which is intended to be both challenging and engaging. A similarly structured selection process exists for internal job opportunities, and details of this process can be found on the company intranet.
In addition to the channels we mentioned above to connect with our People team, you currently also have the opportunity to discuss your department’s engagement survey results within your team, and create action plans to take back to the management team.
