1, 20 min break in an 8 hour shift. Nobody will help if you're struggling with something when new, they'll just stand and watch from a far. Extremely fast paced, and very dangerous. Even as a 18 plus year lift operator. They teach you to drive as fast as you can. All lifts are propane. 100 lifts running at once on 3rd with doors all closed. They tell you it's safe but I was sick all the time. Management is a joke, don't care about your opinion at all. I once asked a simple question and the response was, because that's how it's going to be. They want no input from employees, even if you have an idea that might help. Everyone is stressed out and hate being there. It's cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
