      Friendly colleagues at the peer level

      Cons

      Zero to little transparency from management, inconsistent communication, overpromising and underdelivering ( some commitments were not even fulfilled), work-from-home policy is inflexible, compensation below market and very limited career progression and training opportunities

      The colleagues are nice and the office looks nice

      Cons

      They are not honest about working from home. Promised one thing and now it is forbidden! and you have to beg about working from home.
