I suppose if the right people like you for whatever reason then you can do whatever and just cash them checks.
Cons
- Want you to work 7 days a week - Always asking you to work late/start early - Don't expect a pay increase unless you're prepared to really fight for it. - Don't even worry about reading the company policies because the rules are completely different for each person. - Don't think just because you've worked there for over 5 years without any policy infractions that you won't be fired for something minor or maybe even false.
