      You’re able to get by doing nothing for the entirety of your career.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, safety is last, last, and last. Management is all people who were never able to do the job they are managing.

      Company has a good culture.

      Cons

      You are left alone to handle all of your work whether right, wrong, or indifferent. No room to grow into senior positions. There are more VPs than workers.
